1. Q: Can I get some bicycle samples?
A: We are honored to offer you bicycle samples for quality check, but will add extra cost and shipping cost by courier.
 
2. Q: Can I mix different biycycle models in one container?
A: Yes, different biycycle models can be mixed in one container.
 
3. Q: Can we use our logo for bicycle and what about the color?
A: Yes, we can produce bicycle with your logo and sticker, and we can paint as your requirement. 
 
4. Q: What payment do you accept?
A: In general, our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T balance against the copy of B/L.
 
5. Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?
A: Quality is our priority. Our QC always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every bicycle will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
 
6. Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is within 30 days after receiving the 30% deposit, but alloy bike within 45 days.
